OSWEGO, NY – Oswego County Opportunities has teamed with Peaceful Remedies, Courtney’s Couture Cuts, and Hospice to offer “Ladies Nite at the Spa, Pamper Me Pretty.”

Hosted by Courtney’s Couture Cuts, Pamper Me Pretty is a special evening for women living with a life threatening disease or are at least one year out of treatment or a medical procedure and their caregivers.
Ladies Nite at the Spa will offer survivors, caregivers and those battling disease a variety of free beauty and holistic health services including; hair and makeup, Reiki, massage, polarity therapy, yoga, acupuncture, essential oils, natural foods and more.
“We’re proud to be partnering with Courtney’s Couture Cuts and Peaceful Remedies on this exciting event. Ladies Nite at the Spa, Pamper Me Pretty offers survivors, caretakers and those with life threatening diseases the opportunity to walk away with a feeling of renewed strength, peace and happiness. It will raise their sprits and make them feel beautiful inside and out,” said OCO Cancer Services Program Manager Carolyn Handville.
With a shared vision of empowering individuals affected by life-threatening diseases, Peaceful Remedies offers a warm welcoming space for relaxation and meditation where survivors, caregivers and those battling disease can share their experiences, find a wealth of support, and have access to a variety of holistic health services, therapeutic intervention, regular panels and discussions on issues pertaining to their illness, and a database where they can research the challenges and illnesses they are facing.
“There are many services available to women survivors and their caretakers. Ladies Nite at the Spa, Pamper Me Pretty allows us to bring them together so that they may educate themselves and access alternative treatment that may lead them to a place of strength and happiness,” added Handville.
