FULTON, NY – Oswego County Opportunities’ recently presented longevity awards to Charles Hughes and Bill Laffan.
They were cited for their 10 years of service to OCO Residential Services and its consumers.
Additionally, Hughes was recognized for his second consecutive year of perfect attendance.
