Oswego County Clerk’s Office Will Host ‘Passport Day’ Saturday, June 12

OSWEGO – The Oswego County Clerk’s Office will host a Passport Fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, June 12. Staff will be on hand to take passport photos, accept passport applications, and provide information to citizens.

The event was originally scheduled for March 27 but was postponed due to the death of a staff member, said Oswego County Clerk George J. Williams.
The County Clerk’s Office is located on the second floor of the Legislative Office Building at 46 E. Bridge St., Oswego.

U.S. citizens entering the country from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Bermuda must present a passport book, passport card, or other travel documents approved by the federal government. Information on how to apply for a U.S. passport is available on-line at www.travel.state.gov and by calling the Oswego County Clerk’s Office at 349-8621 or the National Passport Information Center at 1-877-487-2778.
