OSWEGO COUNTY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Economic Development and Planning Committee presented a proclamation to Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oswego County proclaiming October as 4-H Month. Youth have participated in Oswego County 4-H since 1921, learning life skills to help them become upstanding citizens and serve their communities. 4-H offers clubs tailored to many different interests, such as conservation and nature, science and technology, animal science, arts and crafts, and many more.
