Oswego Head Start recently started the new school year. In this picture, parent volunteer, Shannon Gibeau helps student, Tommy Towsley build with magnetic shapes. Head Start is a preschool program for children 3 and 4 years of age. Head Start accepts applications throughout the year, for more information call 598-4711. Head Start is operated by Oswego County Opportunities, an agency of the United Way.
