Oswego Salvation Army Partners With Rudy’s, American Foundry For Guest Chef Dinner

OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego Salvation Army will welcome back Jason Livesey of Rudy’s Lakeside to a special Guest Chef dinner at the American Foundry in Oswego.

The event will take place on March 3 from 4:30-6:30 p.m., according to Major Corinne Hayes of the Oswego Chapter of the Salvation Army.

Livesey will be serving up some of Rudy’s specialties including: clam chowder, fried fish, scallops, clams, coleslaw and macaroni salad.

Drinks and dessert are also included in the price.

“We’re very excited about our upcoming March 3 event at the American Foundry,” said Hayes. “Rudy’s at the Foundry was a huge success last year and this event will also kick off Rudy’s official opening date of March 17 this year!”

“We thank Jason and The American Foundry, and anticipate a huge turnout again this year,” Hayes added. “We don’t anticipate, however, any seagulls at our event or for the official opening of the Rudy’s season.”

The American Foundry is located at 246 W. Seneca St.

Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children under 10 years old.

All proceeds will benefit the Oswego Salvation Army’s “I Believe” campaign.

The Oswego Salvation Army’s “I Believe” campaign will help with renovations and expanded services at the new building, the former New York State Labor Department on West Second Street.
