Two Oswego City School professional staff members were recognized on the staff opening day, Tuesday, for their perfect attendance during the last school year.
Minetto Principal Dean Goewey presented a certificate of recognition to teacher Sean Fitzgerald and Oswego High School psychologist Erin Reilly received her certificate from OHS Principal Brian Hartwell.

In the private sector this is not an accomplishment, it is what you do to keep your job. 400+ school teachers and only 2 can show up 180 days. Kind of sad but it demonstrates the sorry state of public education.
