The Pulaski Middle/Senior High School presented a special Jazz/Pops Concert recently at the school.

The chorus began the evening’s concert with pop songs chosen by the students.
The choruses, under the direction of Aimee Mumford began with sixth graders who sang two popular songs, “Counting Stars,” by One Republic and “Radioactive” by Imagine Dragons.
Changing directions, next up for the evening was the Senior High Jazz Band which began with the Styx tune, “Come Sail Away,” and several others before ending with Kansas’ “Carry On Wayward Son.”

Seventh and eighth grade chorus sang popular hits “Let Her Go” by Passenger and Great Big World’s “Say Something.”
New to the concert scene this year was the addition of a Percussion Ensemble who played two songs that had the audience toe-tapping and enjoying the rhythm of the music.
Senior High Chorus sang two songs “Imagine” by John Lennon and “It’s Time” by Imagine Dragons that Mrs. Mumford admitted were not picked out by the students, but the audience was happy to be entertained by the ever-popular songs.
