OSWEGO – Resurrection Readers, a book club that gathers monthly at the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection in Oswego, will meet Oct. 2 to discuss the next book in its 2017-18 series, “The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks” by Rebecca Skloot.
The group is open to anyone who would like to join.
It meets at 6:30 p.m. the first Monday of the month, usually in the parlor of the church, located at 120 W. Fifth St. near Oswego’s Franklin Square (West Park).
Enter via the Cayuga Street entrance before 6:30 p.m.

– “The Great Reckoning” by Louise Penny, June 4
The group began the year on Labor Day with “Evensong” by Gail Godwin.
