Gift baskets of selected item from the artists and special hand-made clocks will highlight the drawings.

Visitors just have to stop in, fill out a drawing ticket and join in the fun.

No purchase is necessary.

Refreshments and art demonstrations will fill the day.

In January, Riverside Artisans changed its name from Lakeside Artisans, which formerly occupied the shop.

Lakeside Artisans had won Oswego County’s Business Plan Competition, The Next Great Idea, award in 2010.

This enabled local artist entrepreneurs to start the cooperative that has since grown into Riverside Artisans.

Retirement of two of the cooperative’s founding members at the end of 2016 lead to the change in name.

Riverside Artisans is a cooperative art store and gallery, operated by local artists and craftspeople, located in the Canal Commons at 191 W. First St.
