OSWEGO – Joe Hutchinson, longtime Oswego Rotarian, was celebrated in a member highlight recently for his military service.
Hutchinson was honored with a quilt created by the group Quilts of Valor Foundation.
He was presented his quilt by local QOV representative Kerry Barnes.
Barnes has been a frequent visitor to Oswego Rotary as the club has honored each member who is a military veteran.
Hutchinson was a member of the United States Air Force and the United States Army having served time in Vietnam and various bases around the United States.
