FULTON – At the Dec. 1 Fulton Sunrise Rotary Club meeting, Rotarian Carol Vescio introduced Dave Guyer, the Resource Coordinator of Oswego County Drug Treatment Court.

Guyer spoke about the program which revolves around the idea that first-time offenders with a felony charge can reduce or eliminate
jail time by completing a year’s program on substance abuse termination.
The Fulton Sunrise Rotary meets every Friday at 7 AM at Mimi’s.
