OSWEGO, NY – Rotary District Governor Paul Scott made his official visit to the Oswego Sunrise Rotary on Thursday, Sept. 2.
Governor Scott was introduced by area governor Joette Deane.
The governor is well known to the members of the Oswego Sunrise Rotary.
He is a past president of the Oswego Rotary Club.
He talked about Rotary’s program for the coming year including projects in safe water, health, hunger, literacy, service to youth, expanding public relations and vocational service.
He announced the annual conference to be held in May 2011 at Scranton, Pa.
He encouraged the Sunrise Rotarians to earn the Presidential Citation for 2010-2011.
