FULTON, N.Y. – Geoff Sawyer, former SUNY Oswego men and women’s tennis coach and captain of the SUNY Oswego men’s tennis team, is offering tennis lessons and forming leagues in Fulton this summer for all levels and abilities.

“I teach all skill levels, from beginners to collegiate competitors,” Sawyer said. “I’ve had a great response, for example, from high school students who want to improve their game over the summer in preparation for tennis team tryouts. I’ve also been very successful in coaching beginning level students who’ve never picked up a racquet. In addition, I offer support services like racquet stringing and equipment.”
Lessons are under way.
Sawyer said leagues are forming and will start play the week of June 26.
Sawyer teaches at the courts located at G. Ray Bodley High School, and in Fulton’s VanBuren Park.
