OSWEGO, NY – Two New York State Field Band Conference Scholarships were presented at the annual season ending Oswego High School Marching Buccaneer banquet.
Oswego High School seniors Lisette Dufore and Heather Carapetyan were congratulated by Marching Buc Band Director Scott Ciesla.
