OSWEGO – The days are getting longer, the weather is warming and Scoop’s Ice Cream Stand is open for the season at Bishop’s Commons – all signs that summer is right around the corner!

Located on the Riverview Patio, “Scoops” Ice Cream Stand is now serving residents and their visitors daily.
Visitors can choose from a wide variety of ice cream treats, each “made to order,” all while enjoying a wonderful view as they savor a tasty treat.
Enriched Housing at Bishop’s Commons provides a unique combination of housing, support services and personal assistance in a community featuring home-like apartments, where seniors know there is trained staff available 24 hours a day, seven days a week when they need assistance.
Conveniently located on a wooded scenic hillside, overlooking the Oswego River and Falls, it is just minutes from downtown Oswego making it easy for residents to visit friends, family, businesses and medical offices.
Bishop’s Commons is a part of The St. Luke Family of Caring, an affiliation of community-based, not-for-profit healthcare providers serving the greater Oswego County area.
Affiliates also include St. Luke Health Services and St. Francis Commons Assisted Living Residence in Oswego, and Michaud Residential Health Services in neighboring Fulton.
