
SCRIBA, NY – State Senator Patty Ritchie was recently in Oswego County to help celebrate the town of Scriba’s 200th anniversary.
The township’s bicentennial celebration featured a salute to veterans, a chicken barbecue, a dance and many opportunities for participants to learn about Scriba’s rich history.
