Senator Ritchie Delivers ‘Happy Valentine’s’ To Seniors At Oswego Nursing Home

State Senator Patty Ritchie paid a Valentine’s Day visit with area seniors at Oswego’s Morningstar Residential Care Facility.

Senator Ritchie’s annual nursing home visits, complete with flowers, greeting cards and plenty of smiles for residents (but no sweets), have been a tradition since she first took office in 2011.
