Locally owned and operated, Stability Fitness is the result of years of planning by owners Fitzgerald, who is a certified personal trainer, and Brian Warner of Warner Physical Therapy.

Their love of fitness and their concern for their clients health and well being led them to the dream of opening their own fitness center, one that would meet their exacting standards and provide their members with a facility they can be proud of and will enable them to reach their unique fitness goals.

Located at 138 E. Second St., behind the Oswego Tea Company, Stability Fitness boasts more than 7,000 square feet of space.

It offers: a complete cardio / circuit training room; weight room; an aerobic room for exercise classes such as Pilates, spinning, kick boxing, step, yoga; apacious locker rooms, complimentary towel service and more.

Throughout the grand opening celebration visitors can enjoy:

Free 20-minute exercise classes with Stability Fitness’ professional trainers.

Free VO2 Max metabolism screenings.

A chance to win $1,500 in great door prizes including a one-year membership, a SONY DVD player, a 10-pack of group exercise classes, gift certificates from local businesses and more.

“We are proud to be a part of the Oswego business community and are looking forward to opening our doors to the community and welcoming visitors to Stability Fitness,” said Fitzgerald.  “We will be offering free tours of our facility, demonstrations, free exercise classes, discounted memberships and much more.  There will be some great door prizes, free refreshments and a real party atmosphere with entertainment throughout the day.”
