Stained Glass Classes Set In Oswego

OSWEGO, NY – If you have never done stained glass before the class Introduction to Stained Glass has everything you need to create a small piece in the Tiffany Method.

This class is a great way for adults (16 years and up) to find out if they like working with stained glass.

The class is scheduled for May 3 and 5 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Art Association of Oswego.

The materials fee is $30 and covers all the materials and use of the tools needed to make your piece and the tuition is $30 for AAO members and $40 for non-members.

Class size is limited.

The other stained glass class, also taught by Kester, is the six-week stained glass class.

This class will allow students to design their own piece of stained glass art from beginning to finish. Students will be required to supply all of their own tools and materials.

A materials list will be provided at the first class.

Students will learn to cut glass, tape, solder and finish a two-dimensional piece.

Class dates are for Tuesdays:  May 17, 24, 31, and June 7, 14, and 21 from 6 to 9 p.m.

The tuition is $90 for AAO members and $100 for non-members.
