UPDATE:
State Police Locate Suspect
Today (May 4), State Police arrested Glenda L. Rosario, 36, of Syracuse, and charged her with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree, a class “E” felony, and Identity Theft in the 3rd Degree, a class “A” misdemeanor.
Rosario was arraigned in the City of Syracuse Court and remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center.
The State Police thanks the public for their assistance in this investigation.

The New York State Police – SP Hastings is looking for assistance in attempting to identify the female subject in the attached pictures.
She is involved in the theft and usage of a benefits card.
The card was stolen from the town of Parish on April 7.
The card was used in the Price Rite located at 1605 Erie Blvd, Syracuse on April 7.
The card was then utilized by the same female on April 7 at Nojaims located at 307 Gifford Street, Syracuse.
