Team CiTi Olympians recently won a trip to Thunder Island in Fulton after its 32 members read a total of 276 books from July 6 to Aug. 10, as part of the 2016 CiTi Summer Reading program.

For their efforts, all students who participated in the program received pencils and bookmarks.

Many teams exceeded the expectation of reading a total 25 books.

Each student turned in a reading log and selected a prize from CiTi’s library.

CiTi Library Media Specialist Tammy Cummings said she was thrilled to see the enthusiasm and excitement of students for summer reading.
