OSWEGO — SUNY Oswego will again provide Halloween activities to children and families during “Safe Trick or Treat” Saturday, Oct. 28.
In the popular annual activity, children can take part in a variety of Halloween games and activities that day from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Marano Campus Center food court. Admission is one non-perishable food or toiletry item donation per child.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Several campus residence halls also will provide trick or treating for children accompanied by an adult.
Families can look for balloons or other indicators outside participating residence halls, which so far include Johnson and Waterbury halls on the lakeside and Hart Hall in central campus.
The SUNY Oswego chapter of Vega — the women’s honor society for juniors and seniors — sponsors the safe-Halloween events in cooperation with the Office of Residence Life and Housing.
