OSWEGO, NY – This season’s charitable partners for Port City Roller Derby (formerly the Oz Roller Girls) have included the Oswego County SPCA, which will hold its annual Howliday Auction and Fundraiser on Nov. 18 at Fallbrook Recreation Center on Thompson Road in Oswego.
