There wasn’t a problem at Oswego High School or Frederick Leighton Elementary School.

The New York State Police Troop D Canine units were conducting training at Oswego High School while providing a community service to the district.

The dogs specialize in drug searches.

Five teams were involved in the effort as the sweeps have assisted in maintaining a drug free environment at OHS.

The cooperative effort was spearheaded by Oswego City School District Director of Security and Safety John Anderson.
