Vincent Celebrates Retirement After 38 Years

OSWEGO – The Oswego County Legislature’s Health Committee presented Kathleen Vincent with a certificate of appreciation for her 38 years of service to the county.

Vincent is a home health aide with the Oswego County Health Department.
