Eastern Shore Associates Sponsors Fulton ‘Project Bloom’ Gateway

Project Bloom is a joint program of the Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce and the City of Fulton to beautify the city’s entrances and business areas with fresh flowers during the spring and summer months. Planting petunias at the welcome sign recently were from left: Michele Becker, personal lines account manager; Athena Halstead, senior commercial lines technician, Jodi Blasczienski, personal lines account manager; and Kim McPherson, commercial lines processor.
