Evergreen Hills Golf Course Hosts Golf Clinic for ARISE Participants

Participants in ARISE programs as well as Oswego County ARC and Oswego County Opportunities had the terrific opportunity to participate in a two-day golf clinic hosted by John Hayes and the Evergreen Hills Golf Course.

Oswego Fire Chief Jeff McCrobie served as a volunteer instructor and worked with participants on proper golf etiquette and form.

After practicing putting, chipping, and swinging on the driving range, the two-day clinic ended with a captain and crew tournament.

ARISE is very grateful for the generosity of John Hayes and the Evergreen Hills Golf Course for hosting the event and for all the volunteers who shared their time on the course to make this clinic possible.

Special thanks goes out to all the volunteers and the volunteer captains who helped make this event possible: Shane Hoey, Chris Scoville, Spencer Horton, Andy Bidwell, Jeff McCrobie, Bob Ravesi, Marc Warner (from ARC), Ryan (from OCO) and Don Finch.
