Evergreen Hills Golf Course Hosts Golf Clinic for ARISE Participants


Oswego NY: John Hayes and the Evergreen Hills Golf Course & Driving Range will sponsor a three-day golf clinic for people with disabilities who receive services through ARISE.

The clinic will include basic instruction, etiquette, driving range skills, putting and a tournament to round out the event. Hayes and ARISE staff are organizing the outing for ARISE participants to offer a full golf experience.

ARISE thanks Hayes and Evergreen Hills for their generosity and their partnership creating a community in which everyone can fully participate.

About ARISE

ARISE is a non-profit Independent Living Center run by and for people with disabilities. The organization has been providing advocacy and services since 1979 and each year ARISE works with approximately 4,000 people of all ages who have all types of disabilities.

ARISE has offices in Onondaga, Oswego, and Madison Counties and operates ARISE at the Farm, a 77-acre recreational facility in Chittenango and ARISE & Ski at Toggenburg Winter Sports Center in Fabius.
