Paul Lear, (left), historic site manager, Fort Ontario Historic Site, was the guest speaker at the March 11 Fulton Lions Club meeting. David Guyer, Fulton Lions president, thanks Lear for sharing Ft. Ontario’s history with the club, as well as an update on the future of the facility.
