Golfers In Boyce Memorial Charity Golf Tournament Will Take Aim At A $10K Hole In One Courtesy of The House Works


OSWEGO – One swing is all it takes to walk away from the 14th Annual St. Luke-Francis Boyce Memorial Charity Golf Tournament a bit richer, thanks to The House Works in Fulton, sponsors of the $10,000 hole-in-one contest.

The annual Boyce Memorial Charity Golf Tournament, which raises money to benefit residents at St. Luke Health Services, Bishop’s Commons and Michaud Residential Health Services, will take place on Saturday, August 13th at Battle Island State Park. The Captain & Crew tournament will begin with an 8:00 a.m. “shot gun” start. Cost for the tournament is $75.00 per person ($300 for a four person team). The field is limited to the first twenty-five teams that register. The entry fee includes greens fees, cart; lunch, awards & prizes immediately following at the clubhouse.

In addition to the hole-in-one contest sponsored by The House Works, longest drive and closest to the pin for both men and women, and a putting contest courtesy of Harbor Pharmacy are a part of this event.

Corporate partners for the 14th Annual Francis Boyce Memorial Charity Golf Tournament include; Fulton Savings Bank; Rehab Resources; Harbor Pharmacy; Key Bank, Sodexo, The Hayner-Hoyt Corporation, Schopfer Architects and the Visory Group.

The annual Charity Golf Tournament benefits the St. Luke-Foster Burden Fund which provides financial resources in support of the St. Luke “Make a Wish” program, Bishop’s Commons “Wishing Well Fund” and Michaud Residential Health Services “Wish List” program. These programs add to the quality of life enjoyed by residents and helps keep them connected with the community.
