GS Steamers Bar & Grill has launched its newly redesigned website at, according to Shane Broadwell, a partner with Broadwell Companies, the family-run entity that owns the Oswego restaurant.

GS Steamers, located at 71 East First Street in Oswego, has revamped their site to provide a broader representation of the restaurant’s popular casual dining experience, menu items, events/concerts, banquet facilities, adjacent accommodations, and overall atmosphere at the riverfront facility.

Additionally, strong visual imagery/photography within the site not only captures the restaurant, but also “The Deck”, a new beautiful new perspective and dining experience overlooking Downtown Oswego, the Oswego Harbor and Lake Ontario.  The deck offers an expanded lunch and dinner menu, outside bar, drink specials, and seating for up to 125 people.
“We’re very pleased to unveil the new website,” said Broadwell. “It truly captures the essence of our establishment, and provides this community and potential visitors with greater understanding of who we are… and what we have to offer.

According to Broadwell the site also now allows patrons to conveniently make reservations to their adjacent hotels at Best Western Captain’s Quarters and Econo Lodge Riverfront Hotel.

Furthermore, the new site also showcases their banquet facility, Bayshore Grove, a popular wedding/reception facility.

“We wanted to develop a site that not only highlights the restaurant, but also provides convenient access… via the web… to our other properties,” said Broadwell. “Now people considering a visit to our community can get a stronger sense of all our beautiful facilities, products, and offerings.”

The site was developed in partnership with Step One Creative, an Oswego-based marketing communications firm.
GS Steamers and The Deck are open daily for lunch and dinner from Noon – 9:00 p.m., Monday-Saturday, and 2:00-8:00 p.m. on Sunday. For additional information call (315) 342-0000 or visit
