Head Start Pre-K to Serve More Children in Fulton

Head Start Pre-K will be opening an additional class section in Fulton beginning in September.

The class will be held at the program’s Fulton Center located at All Saint’s Church, corner of Academy Street and South First Street.

Head Start Pre-K enrolls three- and four-year-old children and is provided at no cost.

The program’s goal is promoting kindergarten readiness through a variety of learning materials and developmentally appropriate opportunities that assist children in developing academically, socially, and emotionally.

The program also includes meals and snacks, encourages parent involvement, and provides family support.

Families may apply by calling the program’s main number, 598-4711, to schedule an appointment.

Waiting lists are maintained throughout the school year.
