Katko Visits Morningstar

OSWEGO, NY – Congressman John Katko visited Morningstar Residential Care Center recently to meet with residents and address their concerns regarding Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security.

Congressman Katko spoke of his support of nuclear energy as well as his support for Fort Ontario being named a national park, and the designation of a national marine sanctuary.

He also praised the leadership of Oswego County for the job they are doing and addressed the importance of bipartisanship.
