KMS and Hannibal High School welcome the community to their schools

Meet the Teachers Night - English teacher Cindi Clover talks to parent Liz Quaile and her son Austin Quaile during Meet the Teachers Night at Hannibal High School. Tables for different subjects were set up outside of the school, and parents and their children worked their way around to all of the content areas. Clover gave out one get out of homework free pass for every student who brought a parent and signed in.

Welcome Back Barbecue - Madelynn Wakefield, a seventh grader at Kenney Middle School, and her sister Meredith (a student in Rhonda Kokowski’s first grade class) sit down to enjoy a hotdog and macaroni salad at the district’s annual welcome back barbecue. The event was highly attended and sponsored by the Athletic and Music Boosters, Hannibal Faculty Association and Home and School.

Curriculum Night - Kenney Middle School recently held a Curriculum Night where parents were able to tour the school, participate in the community survey, and meet their child’s bus driver. Afterwards, families lined up outside to redeem their free meal ticket.
