In Senator Ritchie’s district, more than 350 students, more than any other senate district, took part in the statewide program and shared their poems, essays and artwork based on what they are thankful for.

In addition to presenting Central Square students with certificates, Senator Ritchie also presented 6th grade English and Language Arts teacher Rachel Burns with a proclamation for her work to encourage students to participate in the program.
