CLEVELAND, NY – On July 29, after an extensive investigation, Jesse Roe, 23 years of age and from Cleveland, New York, was arrested as a Fugitive From Justice as a result of an arrest warrant issued by the State of Florida for Accessory after the Fact to Murder in the second degree.
Roe was arraigned in the evening hours of July 29, and is currently remanded to the Oswego County Jail awaiting extradition.
This incident is still under investigation and no more information will be provided at this time.
