Oswego County Drug Task Force Announces Heroin Arrests

On Friday, May 27, investigators with the Oswego County Drug Task Force executed Superior Court arrest warrants on Adam M. Bell and Karisha C. Loveless.

The arrest warrants were issued by Oswego County Court as a result of a grand jury indicting the two for the possession and sale of heroin.

The indictments were a result of a Drug Task Force investigation in which it is alleged the individuals sold heroin on two separate occasions within the city of Fulton.

Bell, 25, and Loveless, 21, both of 169 W. Third St., Lower Apartment, Fulton, were arrested and charged with two counts each of the below listed charges:

Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree – Class B Felony
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, Intent to Sell – Class B Felony

Bell and Loveless were arraigned by the Honorable Donald Todd in Oswego County Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bail bond each.

They were both due to reappear in Oswego County Court today (May 31).

The Oswego County Drug Task Force is comprised of members from the Oswego County District Attorney’s Office, Oswego County Sheriff’s Department, NYS University Police at Oswego, U.S. Border Patrol, Fulton City Police Department and Oswego City Police Department.
