
UPDATE: State police reported this afternoon that Fay M. Spencer was found alive and is safely home with his family.
State Police are searching for a Fulton man who has been missing since Sunday evening.
Police say Fay M. Spencer, 46, was fishing with friends on Horn Lake in the town of Ohio, Herkimer County, when he became separated from the group.
He hasn’t been seen since.
A search is underway on North Lake for Spencer, who is described as 5′ 11″, 150 lbs., wearing camouflaged clothing, a camouflaged back-pack, black rubber boots and a black baseball hat.
Troopers, state Forest Rangeres and the Herkimer County Emergency Management office are conducting the search. Anyone with information that could help police find Spencer should call State Police in Herkimer at 315-866-7111.
