Three Injured in Two Car Accident in Fulton

On May 28, 2010 at about 11:26am, Fulton Police were dispatched to a reported two car motor vehicle accident, with one vehicle having rolled over at the intersection of S. Sixth St and Division St in the City of Fulton. Initial reports were that people were still inside the vehicle.

Initial investigation found that a 2000 Chevrolet Venture van had been traveling eastbound in the 500 block of Division St approaching S. Sixth St. Another vehicle, a 1990 Plymouth Sundance was traveling southbound on S. Sixth St approaching Division St.

The driver of the Chevrolet, passed a stop sign at S. Sixth St and entered the intersection. The Plymouth struck the left rear corner of the van causing it to spin and roll over in the 600 block of Division St. On police arrival, it was found that all people but one were out of the vehicles.

One subject, Wayne Parker was still inside of the Chevrolet. Parker was removed from the vehicle and taken to Upstate Hospital for unknown injuries. Another passenger in the Chevrolet, Allison Lathrop, along with the driver of the Plymouth, Annette Harris, were taken to Oswego Hospital for minor injuries.
