A two-vehicle crash sent four people to area hospitals.
At about 3:40 p.m. Monday, Volney Volunteer Fire Department along with four ALS ambulance from Menters were dispatched to a two-car MVA with several patients, with possible extraction.
One vehicle was a medical transport.
The accident occurred at the intersection of State Route 481 southbound and County Route 45.
Three patients were transported to Syracuse hospital, one patient transported to Oswego Hospital.
New York State Police are investigating the crash.
