For the winter the total is now 82.5 inches.
According to Oswego’s weather observer, the area received 0.38 inches of rain on Jan. 30
The Port City’s monthly total now stands at 4.77 inches.
For the year, the total is also at 4.77 inches.
Oswego received 7.2 inches of snow on Jan. 30.
For the month, the total is 35.6 inches.
For the winter season it is 45.1 inches.
