OSWEGO – The Oswego County Micron Strategy Steering Committee and workgroup members will provide an update on Oswego County’s efforts to prepare for Micron Technology’s major investment in Central New York at its inaugural annual summit, starting at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11, in the Marano Campus Center auditorium (room 132) on the SUNY Oswego campus. Media representatives are invited to attend presentations from 2 to 4 p.m.
Speakers will include Peter O. Nwosu, SUNY Oswego President and Chair of the Oswego County Micron Strategy Steering Committee; Dan Kolinski, Empire State Development Regional Director for Central New York; Robert Simpson, CenterState CEO President and Chief Executive Officer (via Zoom); and Joe Nehme, Micron Technology Senior Manager of External Affairs; as well as chairs of the nine Oswego County Micron Strategy Steering Committee work groups.
