OSWEGO, NY – At 8:50 a.m. on Thursday, Dale L. Fiske, 31, of Burdick Drive Bldg. 33, Hastings, was arrested for second-degree menacing, a class A misdemeanor.
The arrest stems from a domestic incident that occurred at a town of Hastings residence.
He allegedly pointed a rifle at the victim during a verbal argument.
Fiske was released on an appearance ticket.
He is to appear in Town of Hastings Court on May 23.
