OSWEGO, NY – Brutus and his sister, Zoey, enjoy an ice cream sundae recently at West Second and Utica streets in the Port City.
The “Rover Sundae” is made specifically for four-legged patrons such as the two Pugs.
It consists of vanilla ice cream with peanut butter swirls and crushed doggie biscuits sprinkled on top.
