Five Arrested on Meth charges after vehicle and traffic stop in Oswego County

On May 27, at approximately 10:30 p.m., State Police stopped a 2016 Dodge Ram pickup truck on Blythe Road in the Town of Hannibal after observing the truck traveling  west in the eastbound lane.

While speaking to the driver, Edio Vallejo, the odor of marijuana was detected and after further interviews, the driver admitted he had a small amount of marijuana located inside the vehicle.

While searching the vehicle, Troopers reportedly located a large amount of Crystal Methamphetamine and US currency.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd degree Methamphetamine, a class “A” felony:

Edio R. Vallejo, age 46, from Main Street in Northampton, Massachusetts

Nicole M. Kenyon, age 40, from 121 Lyons Street in Fulton, NY

Brandy L. Sherman, age 34, from 114 Division Street in Fulton, NY

Johnathan J. Boyce, age 41, from 516 First Street in Fulton, NY

Abbott E. Patterson, age 34, from 237 Wilcox Road in Fulton, NY

All five defendants were arraigned in the Town of Hannibal Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail without bail. missing or outdated ad config
