OSWEGO – The high winds overnight Saturday and into Sunday morning caused some minor damage around the Port City.
The Oswego Fire Department reports they had a few additional calls for “power lines down, trees down, etc.”
There were no injuries reported.
“We had a lot of wind, an awful lot of wind, overnight,” according to Bill Gregway, local observer for the National Weather Service. “It was westerly over 35 mph all night with some gusts around 40 mph.”
