OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego High School’s varsity girls’ basketball coach has reportedly been placed on leave from coach, district officials said.
Complaints from a concerned parent prompted the investigation.
In a brief statement, Superintendent Bill Crist confirmed, “Oswego City School District officials are investigating a parent complaint against the girls’ varsity basketball coach. He has been placed on leave, pending the outcome of the investigation.”
The district’s athletic director declined comment on the matter as well.
