PULASKI, NY – On July 2, State Police in Pulaski arrested Raye A. Chamberlain, a 40-year-old female from Oswego, for two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class “A” misdemeanor.
Chamberlain was charged after an investigation into the inadequate care of a 16-year-old girl.
The New York State Police were assisted by the Oswego County Department of Social Services.
Ms. Chamberlain was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of New Haven Court on July 18, at 7 p.m.
