OSWEGO, NY – At 5:58 p.m. on Wednesday, Albert M. Moody, 69, of 245 County Route 29 Apt. A, Oswego, was arrested for first-degree criminal sex act, a class B felony; first-degree rape, a class B felony; first-degree sexual abuse, a class D felony and endangering the welfare of a child.
The charges stem from the investigation into an incident in which he allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse along with other sexual relations with the victim being 12 at a town of Scriba residence in the months of October, November and December 2011.
Mr. Moody was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court by Judge Adkins and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
He is to return to court on Oct. 4.
This case remains an open investigation.
